Street Blues
aBOUT
The Street Blues program presented by First Community Credit Union is a street hockey program that is offered during the school year and in the summer. This program is designed to introduce elementary and middle school-aged children (grades 1-8) to the game of hockey. This program offers in-person instruction at St. Louis area schools from the Blues Street Team. The Street Team will focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game of hockey to the students, while providing the framework for P.E. teachers to utilize the same curriculum throughout the school year. At the end of the week, students will receive a Hockey at Home pamphlet with a breakdown of next steps to get on the ice and become a hockey player!
